Booked wine country for dine event on 6/15/24 and max allowed is 7 Need 8 How add No one else has account

    Hello, Ronald!

Thank you for stopping by planDisney with your question! Wine Country Trattoria is one of my kids' favorite restaurants at Disneyland Resort. They would eat pasta for every meal if I would let them!

If you have a regular dining reservation at Wine Country Trattoria, then you may be able to add one extra Guest when you check in for your meal. I have done this a few times without any issues, but it does depend on availability. I always check in early with a Cast Member and kindly ask if we can add a Guest to our reservation.

World of Color Dining Packages are a different situation, and typically each Guest must have a reservation to access the reserved viewing area. If this is the event you are referring to, I suggest booking a separate reservation for that Guest. When we have more than five Guests in our dining party, we usually divide our group and make two separate dining reservations around the same time. It is easier to find reservations with a smaller number of Guests. We ask the Cast Member at the restaurant if we can sit together. Our request is typically granted as long as we are patient, although it is not guaranteed.

Fortunately, there is no charge to sign up for a Disneyland account, and it is beneficial if most adults in the group have their own account. They can each download the Disneyland mobile app to view wait times, make Disney Genie+ Lightning Lane reservations, mobile order food, and more. I am a huge fan of mobile ordering meals ahead of time! I try to place my order at least a couple of hours before we will be hungry to ensure our preferred time is available...and to avoid having "hangry" kids (and adults)! After another adult creates a Disneyland account, they can also try to book another reservation for the remaining Guest in your party. You have almost two months before you arrive, and I am hopeful you will find an extra dining reservation!

Ronald, thank you again for contacting planDisney! We hope you reach out to us again if you have other questions!
