Booked at Wilderness lodge early December but waiting for DVC rooms , cash non DVC member. Any idea when they list those DVC villas to public? I don’t show any avail on Disney’s site for end Nov- mid Dec. Would like to get in Boulder, Copper or AK villas .”

Welcome back to planDisney.  There's something extra magical about the Walt Disney World Resort during the holidays –– from gorgeous trees, to incredible gingerbread displays, to ALL THE SNACKS, everything is decked out in its holiday best!  I'm so excited to hear that you'll get to experience all the joy of the season during your upcoming visit!

Here's some great news –– Disney Resorts Collection Hotels, including all Deluxe Villas at Resorts like those at Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge, can be booked up to 499 days before check-in.  Reservations for the next calendar year typically become available to book online sometime during the summer, so if you're hoping to book a 2023 Walt Disney World adventure before that time, you can do so by calling to speak with a friendly Cast Member at (407) 939-1936.  Since it sounds like you'll be arriving in December 2022, those reservations are already available to book online.  While I'm not sure of your exact dates, I just took a peek at the Walt Disney World Resort website and there is currently some availability for all three of your preferred Resorts in late November/early December –– now might be the perfect time to take another look! 

If you're having trouble finding availability at your preferred Resort for your entire length of stay, another option you might consider is booking a split stay, which means splitting up your nights by staying at two (or more!) different Resorts.  My family loves this option –– it makes us feel like we're getting two vacations rolled into one!  As an added bonus, Bell Services will even transfer your luggage to your new Resort, free of charge.  All you need to do is bring your bags to the Bell Services station on the morning of your transfer and let them know where you'll be moving, then you're free to head out on your day's adventures.  Once you arrive at your new Resort and your room is ready, simply give Bell Services a ring and they can deliver your bags directly to your room. It makes changing Resorts easy and convenient –– that's the perfect Disney vacation combo if you ask me!
