    I have booked a week at POFQ. I have a bad knee and really do not want to tackle stairs. If a ground floor room is not available, are there elevators at this resort?

    Hello and welcome to the Moms Panel!  

    You are simply going to love your stay at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter!  It is such a beautiful resort!

    You will be happy to know that they do have elevators on property.  I would still recommend calling your (407)939-7675 and asking a Cast Member to make a note in your reservation requesting a ground room floor.  I cannot guarantee anything, but at least it will be noted.
