First, let me say that I just did my best dance move because you have booked a reservation for the Walt Disney World Resort! I just made a reservation for 2021 also and my family was beyond excited. Like you, I do not see a payment button on that reservation. This has happened to me in the past and, when it has, I have called to make a payment on our vacation package. The number to call should be located in your
My Disney Experience account under account details with that reservation - try calling 407-934-7639.
As you made your reservation, I hope that you reviewed the new information related to the
Disney Park Pass system. If you have not done so already, make your park pass reservations for each day that you plan to visit the parks. Given that the parks may be operating at limited capacity, those park reservations are critical. To make those reservations for your party, be sure that your resort hotel confirmation and theme park tickets are linked in My Disney Experience and that you have everyone connected in your My Family & Friends list.
