    We have booked our WDW trip for Jan '10. Hopefully, my father who has brain cancer will be with us. I heard that it is cheaper to rent a wheel chair off site. I am looking for a stroller also- any place that rents both?

    Hi Carolyn!  I think for your situation it would be best to rent a wheelchair from an outside source that will deliver to your resort and one that you can use everywhere on property.  The wheelchairs rented in the parks can only be used in the parks and cannot be taken back to the resorts.

    Walker Mobility is one company that can rent both wheelchairs and also strollers.  My mother has used this firm for wheelchair rental but I have not had experience with them for the strollers.  If you click HERE you can see the types they offer.  It would be nice and convenient if you could use the same company for both but if you do not see the stroller of your choice there are other options.  Many families have used Orlando Stroller Rentals with good luck.  They will have a few more choices of strollers if that is important.
