Hi. We booked a WDW Resort Hotel by phone with WDW. on 20th June 2019 for next February. My question is relating to MyDisneyExperience. We cannot see our reservation, when we try to link it we we are asked for a confirmation number, We were not given one?

    Hi Malcolm!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

In my experience, with bookings made direct with the Walt Disney Travel Company UK,  it sometimes takes a few weeks for reservations to show on My Disney Experience.  However, we can double-check a few steps in the process to see if we can get you set up as soon as possible.  When you made your reservation, you should have had an Invoice sent to you by email.  At the top of the Invoice is "Our Ref + 8-digit number".  This is your Booking Reference and should be entered on My Disney Experience - I find this easier to do on the web page - log in to your account, and under My Plans, Resort Hotel, click on Link a Reservation.  If you then enter the booking reference and the lead surname, you should be able to see your booking details.  If not, please call the Walt Disney Travel Company UK on freephone 0800 169 0730, explain that you are unable to retrieve your reservation on My Disney Experience, and ask for a 12-digit confirmation number.  If you are still not able to link your reservation, please call the Technical and Website Support Team on UK freephone number 0800 16 90 749 (this phone line opens at midday in the UK).

Remember that dining reservations can be made 180 days in advance, either online or by using My Disney Experience, and your FastPass+ selections will be available 60 days ahead of your visit.  You can make three reservations for rides and attractions for any day in the same theme park, and then make further reservations one at a time when the first three have been used, and these do not need to be at the same park as the first three.  You can use your My Disney Experience mobile app, or the FastPass+ Kiosks located around the parks to make any FastPass+ reservations.

Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions.  We will be happy to help you plan your magical holiday to Walt Disney World.  Keep your eye on the Disney Parks Blog for all the latest official news and any updates on events that may be happening during your stay.
