Hello Moms. I have booked our WDW resort, booked airlines tickets and we are on our way from Jan 20-28 2009!!! We have a 7 yr old girl and 4 yr old boy. What would be the number 1 Dining Location you would choose (ANY WDW Dining location!!).

    Hi to your family!

It sounds like you are doing very well with your plans. In fact, my family will be in WDW during those dates as well. We have our resort and airline booked. We also have our dining reservations done. So, that should be your next priority.

Begin planning out your daily itinerary and choose restaurants that will fit in to your plans. For instance, if you are touring the Animal Kingdom in the morning, you don't want to book a lunch in the Magic Kingdom. But, you may want to have breakfast at Boma's in the Animal Kingdom Lodge. Once you draft your itinerary, you'll see which restaurants can fit in to your schedule.

Just one location? I'm not sure that I can choose just one dining location. Let me ponder this challenging task.

Okay, I would choose Chef Mickey's.

    Here's my reasons:
-arriving this resort via monorail is part of the dining adventure
    -great character interaction
-a good dinner buffet with choices that kids like
-a place where children and adults are encouraged to party with Mickey
-kids get up and dance with Mickey
-where else are kids encouraged to wave their napkins?

While dining, the monorail passes through the resort which adds to the excitement.

It's a place unlike other restaurants back home. Here, kids are encouraged to dance and party. And I'll admit to getting caught up in the child-like antics too!

    Other ideas:
    Whispering Canyon Cafe
    Boma's
    50's Prime Time Cafe
    Sci-Fi
