Hi Chris, welcome to planDisney!
I’m happy to hear you’ve booked a Walt Disney World vacation for later this year! You should have received a confirmation email from Costco Travel with your vacation itinerary. The email will include your ticket numbers under “Ticket Confirmation.” You can use this ticket number to link your tickets to your My Disney account. If you don’t have this email, I recommend that you reach out to Costco Travel.
On the
Walt Disney World website, visit “My Plans” and scroll down to “My Plans, Reservations and Tickets.” Click “+ Add More Plans” and select “Link Reservations and Purchases” from the drop-down menu. Choose “Tickets” and enter the Will Call Confirmation Number or Ticket ID number. This can also be completed on the My Disney Experience app by clicking the three horizontal lines on the bottom right of the home page and clicking the tile labeled “Tickets and Passes.” Click the + in the top right corner, then “Link Tickets & Passes” and enter your ticket ID number. If you have any issues adding your tickets, you can reach out to “
Disney Resort Reservations and Tickets” for assistance from a Cast Member.
You can also pick up your physical tickets from a Will Call ticket booth at the front of any Walt Disney World theme park. The lead passenger of your travel package will need to show photo ID and the Disney Will Call Confirmation from your Costco Travel itinerary. The tickets can only be picked up by the lead passenger listed on the Will Call Confirmation.
Since you’re planning to purchase Lightning Lane Passes, I recommend linking your tickets instead of waiting to pick them up.
Guests staying at a Disney Resort can purchase their Lightning Lane Passes up to 7 days before their check-in date, so you still have some time to think about which attractions you want to prioritize. Since you’re visiting in October, you should check out
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! There’s trick-or-treating in Magic Kingdom, spooky décor, and special attraction overlays. The entertainment offerings are fantastic, from Mickey’s Boo-To-You Halloween Parade to the Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular, there’s so much to see! Tickets are now available for guests staying at a Disney Resort, and all other guests can purchase tickets beginning May 22, 2025.
I hope this helped, Chris! Your vacation is still a few months away, so if you have any more questions as you continue planning, we’ll be here to help you at
planDisney!
