    we have booked a villa for 9 people and won't know until last minute if 2 will be able to come and if they do come they will arrive days after the rest of us. ? can we use their dinning credits even if they never show up?

    Hi Lyn,

    Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

    I called and spoke with a wonderful cast member at Disney Vacation Club Member Services about your question.  He informed me that you would be able to use the Dining Plan credits of the additional members of your party if they are unable to join you.

    I suggest that to place the Disney Dining Plan on your reservation, that you call Disney Vacation Club Member Services at 1-800-800-9800.  You can add the Disney Dining Plan to your Disney Vacation Club reservation up to 48 hours in advance of your travel.  Also, you should be able to cancel the Disney Dining Plan up to 24 hours before your reservation.  So if you knew a couple of days ahead of time that your additional party members could not join you, you could call Disney Vacation Club Member Services and cancel their Disney Dining Plans.  Also, please be aware that you must add all members of your party to your Disney Dining Plan for the length of your stay, which is equal to the number of nights of your reservation.  When you speak to Disney Vacation Club Member Services, be sure to explain this situation and ask for guidance to be sure that the policies are the same when you call.
