I am sorry to hear that you are having issues linking your reservation to your My Disney Experience account. This is one of the best features when on a vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort. Having everything in one place to plan and reference makes the whole trip more efficient. Let's go over a few things to see what we can come up with.
With regards to your
My Disney Experience app, I would first try to uninstall and reinstall it. Sometimes updates do not go through or go through with glitches and this seems to fix them. This has happened to me several times and this process has completely fixed everything.
With your
My Disney Experience account, this may be different. If you have tried to log out and log back in, close your browser and such, it sounds like you have done what you can. If you still are unable to get your app and your account online working, this looks like a job for our fellow Cast Members. I would
call Disney and have them take a look. Sometimes things get tied up on their end and then have to detangle the web Stich may have made so everything can be linked appropriately.
