    We booked a vacation at Shades of Green. We want to link our reservation to our My Disney Experience account. It says to enter confirmation number and our last name. Our Shades of Green confirmation number is 13 digits and when entered, we get an error.

    Thanks so much for stopping in to see us here at planDisney! I can imagine you're looking forward to your Walt Disney World Resort vacation and all the magic that awaits you!

    It's possible that the issue you're seeing with linking your Resort hotel reservation to your My Disney Experience account is a timing issue, as it can take some time after booking a Shades of Green reservation or third-party hotel reservation for the reservation to be linkable to your My Disney Experience account. Hopefully by now, you might have had success in linking your reservation, though if you are still encountering an issue, you can reach out to the Walt Disney World Resort at (407)-934-7639, or use the chat service online to connect with a Cast Member who can offer assistance in linking the reservation for you.

    There's always so much to see, do, and experience when you visit "The Most Magical Place on Earth." It looks like you'll be visiting at a time when you could enjoy the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. It's always one of our most favorite EPCOT festivals and it's always so much fun to tour the beautiful gardens and savor the delicious foods.
