Just booked our vacation on property and I forgot to add the memory maker. However, we plan on upgrading our tickets to AP when we arrive. If we do that will the memory maker be directly available for use or is there a waiting period? Is it too late to add

Hey Kristine. Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I, myself am an Annual Passholder and my favorite perk is definitely the Memory Maker. Being able to download all of my family's photos from the My Disney Experience mobile app right to my phone anytime I want is awesome! I think that if you choose to upgrade your tickets, you won't regret it.

I think you'll be happy to know that you can purchase the Memory Maker before, during or after your Walt Disney World vacation. The benefit of purchasing it at least 3 days beforehand is that you save a little bit of money to put toward those must have souvenirs and Mickey shaped snacks. If, however, you decide to upgrade to a Walt Disney World Annual Pass, you'll be able to access all of the benefits as soon as you activate your pass. Which means, during your Walt Disney World vacation, if you upgrade, all of those precious pictures will be available for you to download!

I hope this helps. If you have any other questions, please feel free to come back and ask.

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
