Douglas, I’m sorry to hear that you will need to cancel your
Walt Disney World Resort vacation package but hope that I can help make the process smooth and easy.
First, you can take a look at the full cancellation and change policy
HERE, but since your vacation was not scheduled until 2022, you would be able to receive a full refund (minus any third party fees) as you would be more than 30 days from your date of check-in. If you booked directly through Disney, you can
cancel your trip by logging into your
My Disney Experience account or calling (407) 934-7639. If you booked your vacation package through a travel agent, you'll want to reach out to that person to cancel.
