I have booked a vacation and plan on attending Magic Kingdom. Although I am staying out side the park , my question is regarding out side drinks my son has Asthma and reaction to heat, are we allowed outside drink being e must be hydrated?

Hi Jennifer! Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is just a few short weeks away and I know you must be so excited!

This is a great question! Beverages are allowed in the parks (with exception to alcohol) provided they are not in glass containers. You can visit the Park Rules and Regulations page for detailed information regarding what can and cannot be brought into Disney parks.

I love how you are taking care of your son. Make sure you (and everyone else in your traveling party) stay hydrated too! They are a bit heavier than a standard water bottle but my family has started using the double insulated water bottles when visiting the Disney parks. We put ice in the bottles in the morning and our water stays cold throughout the day. It's so refreshing in the warm Florida weather.

Thank you so much for sharing your question with the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Please let us know if you need any other tips or advice as you put the finishing touches on your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! Enjoy every magical moment!!
