I have booked my vacation with park hopper & water fun option. I am second guessing if i want to keep that or just get base tickets. Will i be able to downgrade without any issues? Will they credit me back the cost?

    Hi Brandon!
Good question. Once purchased, park tickets of any kind are "non-tranferable" and "non-refundable". Personally, I think you made  a wise purchasing decision even if you are now second guessing yourself. The "park hopper" option is a great one to have as it gives you and your travelling party the flexibility of moving between parks. For example, Magic Kingdom may have Extra Magic hours one morning, so you start your day there, but then you may want to end the day at EPCOT watching "Illuminations." The "hopper" allows for this. Also, including a water fun option is a must on all of my family's trips. Sometimes, it seems like the kids like the water parks better than the theme parks, and it breaks up the week a bit doing something less hectic. Then again, with the "park hopper", after some swimming and water-sliding, you can all hit a park later in the day if you choose. I hope this helps, and I know you will have a magical time!
