Why hello there Eugenia, I'd like to wish you a very warm welcome to planDisney!

It's always nice to be able to connect with Australians making their way over for a Walt Disney World Resort visit; when I lived in Melbourne we always used to muse about how long the journey would be to fly between continents! Truly once you're here, just figuring out the best way of getting around can be quite an adventure in and of itself.

You'll be happy to hear that complimentary Walt Disney World Resort Transportation is available to all guests - even those who may not necessarily be staying at a Disney Resort Hotel!

While it won't be able to take you directly back to your accommodations, the Walt Disney World Bus Service is available free of charge and is used by countless fellow guests every single day to take them between destinations like Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park or even to enjoy the wide variety of dining options across the Resort Hotels. In fact, locals often park their vehicles at Disney Springs before hopping on a bus that will take them to where they want to go on property!

Walt Disney World Water Transportation is another key way to visit locations around Disney's BoardWalk as you sail between Disney's Hollywood Studios and EPCOT. The same can be said for the Disney Skyliner, which offers a high-flying view of a few more destinations as you make your way between both Theme Parks.

Finally, the Walt Disney World Monorail System as well as the ferries that traverse the Seven Seas Lagoon are excellent examples of transportation options that thousands of guests staying at alternative locations off property take advantage of during their visits as they make their way to and from Magic Kingdom Park.

It's always a good idea to confirm whether your accommodations have shuttles to any of the Theme Parks or Disney Springs, as well as the specific locations and times that they will be able to pick you up after a long day of enjoyment.
