Hi Mary,
Welcome to planDisney! I am excited to hEAR you that you are planning a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort.
It sounds as if your
vacation package might not be linked in your
My Disney Experience account. So, first things first, log into My Disney Experience, click on My Plans and scroll to see if your vacation package details are there. If you do not see those details, find the vacation package confirmation number. It should have been emailed to you after you made the reservation. Log into My Disney Experience, click on My Plans, and then click on Add More Plans. From there, click on
Link Reservations and Purchases. Once linked correctly, you should be able to make those
Disney Park Pass system reservations. If you reserved the resort hotel and theme park tickets separately, you would need to link them separately. Please note that these instructions may change if there are future updates to My Disney Experience.
If you can see your vacation package in My Plans and/or you try linking it again and still cannot make park pass reservations, I suggest that you
contact a Cast Member in Website Support by phone. They will be able to review your account and determine what the specific problem might be.
As you continue to plan, remember to make
advanced dining reservations and familiarize yourself with
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering. I will stress that you should probably have a few dining reservations. We appreciate having a guaranteed break during the day. Also take a few notes on
Disney Genie service. We are thrilled to see how this service will enhance our daily planning!
Mary, I am sending some planning pixie dust trusting that you will get your vacation package linked soon! Find your
superhero gear and assemble your crew for an
Incredible Disney adventure!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
