Boo-To-You, Lynn, and welcome to planDisney!
There are so many happy haunts at
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and I’m sure you’re excited to enjoy them all! If you haven’t already
purchased your tickets, I’d suggest buying them soon as dates often sell out!
One of my favorite ways to get into the spirit is by dressing in costume. Typically, Guests over the age of 13 are not allowed to wear costumes in the theme parks, but Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is a special exception. As you plan your outfit, make sure to review the
costume guidelines and keep the weather in mind. I attended the party in August last year and opted to go for a character-inspired outfit rather than a full costume to help stay cool in the heat.
While the frightful fun kicks into full swing at 7:00 PM, your Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party ticket will allow you to enter
Magic Kingdom Park as early as 4:00 PM. I like to spend those three hours before the party to eat dinner and enjoy a few attractions. Once the party officially starts, I then turn my attention to the special entertainment and attractions that have Halloween-themed overlays, such as
Space Mountain and
Mad Tea Party. The party can also be a great time to catch lower wait times for popular attractions, like
TRON Lightcycle / Run and
Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. My favorite way to end the night is with the very last showing of the
Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular.
I hope this information has been helpful, Lynn, and I’m sending wishes for a
bibbidi-bobbidi-BOOtiful visit! If you have any other questions, please stop by to see us again here at planDisney!
See ya real soon!
