Having recently enjoyed a stay at an eligible hotel package booked through The Walt Disney Travel Company myself, utilizing the convenience of the
Quick-Service Dine Card, I experienced a similar situation when attempting to
link my reservation to My Disney Experience account, and I fully understand wanting resolution with this matter in order to begin your
Disney Park Pass reservations using your valid theme park admission.
What I did, was to contact my hotel directly to receive a confirmation number that could be translated by My Disney Experience, which was different than that of my email confirmation, and in fact, the agent at the hotel I booked, which was the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel, offered to link the reservation on my behalf. A short while later, everything appeared in My Disney Experience account. You may wish to contact the hotel you booked directly to ask for their confirmation number on file for you that you could use to link to your My Disney Experience account yourself, or you can contact
My Disney Experience and MagicBands with the confirmation number the hotel agent provides you for the Cast Members at My Disney Experience and MagicBands to use to assist you with.
The current eligible hotels, booked through the Walt Disney Travel Company, that the Quick-Service Dine Card can be used with are:
-Walt Disney World Swan, Walt Disney World Dolphin and Walt Disney World Swan Reserve Hotel Package,
-Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort,
-Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels,
-Walt Disney World Official Hotels at Bonnet Creek,
-Walt Disney World Gateway Hotels and Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotels.

Disney MagicMobile Service is a convenient, contactless method of accessing many MagicBand features via the My Disney Experience app - I was able to access my theme park admission in my digital wallet on my iPhone and on my Apple Watch. The service also works with many eligible Google Pay enabled Android phones.
