I had a reservation at Disney’s Pop Century Resort for April 2019 and I found myself in the same boat due to the temporary closure of the Walt Disney World Resort. I had to cancel my booking, but the
MagicBands I had purchased were still listed under
My MagicBands and Cards. Since the resort reservation no longer existed and MagicBands are not shipped internationally, I called to request a refund and they were very understanding. The purchase amount was refunded to my credit card. To request a refund, please have the original Disney Resort hotel reservation number handy and call +1 (800) 328-0327 for assistance. Cast Members may also request the confirmation number for your MagicBand order, and please note that refunds may be subject to the terms and conditions of your original purchase.
