    I booked my vacation online and I am staying at The Grand Floridian. Do I pick up my parkhopper passes at the resort?

    Hi Hollie!

    You'll receive your Key to the World (KTTW) card upon check-in at Disney's Grand Floridian.  Your KTTW card will be your room key, your park ticket, and (if you choose) will be available for charging privileges.  If you are on the Disney Dining Plan, it'll also contain your dining entitlements.
