    Just booked our vacation for November and purchased memory maker. I have multiple confirmation codes and online shows I have it, but cannot connect to the phone app. Is this because it's booked so far away or am I having issues with connection? Thanks

    I love that you have an upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation coming up in November! I do not think you can go wrong anytime you visit, but with the holiday season starting up around that time, I believe that you will create some fantastic memories with your family.

    Once you take your first PhotoPass photo and it shows up in your My Disney Experience mobile app, Memory Maker can be activated at that time. That will occur when you are in the theme parks, so there is no need to worry; it is just a little premature in the process, that is all. I am sure that it is linked to you because you have the available confirmation numbers.

    Good job obtaining your Memory Maker and booking your vacation early in the process, as this will leave time for you to plan other aspects of your upcoming vacation.
