We booked a vacation last year for this September and were soooo excited to hear they were offering FREE dining! Although our dates qualify and so does our hotel, why weren't we able to get this offer? I guess I thought all you needed was qualifying date

    Hi Teresa,
I'm so sorry to hear that you were unable to participate in the free dining promotion for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Unfortunately, with this offer, the fine print is important. There are only a limited number of rooms allocated for this offer and, as you can imagine, they were all booked very quickly. I would highly recommend calling the reservations line and seeing if any rooms open up with your same dates and free dining via a cancellation. People sometimes have to cancel for unforseen reasons and sometimes you can get lucky and grab a cancellation for promotions like this one.

If you haven't called the reservations line yet, I would do so and see if there are any rooms available for your vacation dates. A Cast Member will have to activate this offer on your reservation-it is not automatic for those that booked prior to the promotion announcement.

Teresa, good luck in securing free dining for your upcoming vacation. I hope my advice has been helpful.

    Best Wishes,
    Amy B.
