    We booked a vacation including the dining plan. My question is... Why come I HAVE to pay for a dining plan for my son who medically can not eat and is on a feeding tube? WDW said I booked a package and you can't alcarte it. I am disappointed ...:(

    Hi Jamie! I understand your frustration with this particular issue.  The rules are in place for good reasons as many guests would try to alter for unworthy reasons. This is hard when the rest of the party wishes to be using a dining plan and your son cannot. My suggestion is to call Guest Relations and ask to speak with a manager. Discuss the situation and see if they cannot help you out. This is certainly an exception to a rule that might be considered. Unfortunately I can't promise anything for you.
