    I booked a vacation but now that the gift card offer is out I want to try to take advantage of that. I called and the CM said it wasn't available for the value during my dates. Should I try again because it lets me do it online.

    Hi Michelle!

    If you are able to bring up the package with the gift card online, I would definitely call back and inquire about getting the change made to your reservation. If the cast member is still unable to modify your reservation and you are more than 45 days from your arrival date, I would re-book the package online and and simply cancel your existing reservation. There are no penalties for cancelling as long as you are more than 45 days away from your arrival.

    Sometimes it might take a few phone calls, but I would keep trying - especially if you are finding the same package available online.
