    Hello! I have booked a vacation for early May 2015. Is there a chance of a room discount as we get closer to the dates that I can have taken off my final amount due?

    Hi Autumn,

    Woo Hoo!  You're going to Walt Disney World!  You are clever to know about checking for Walt Disney World Special Offers.  There is definitely a chance for a Special Offer to be released for your vacation dates, of course nothing is guaranteed.  Since Special Offers are released a few months ahead of time, you should continue to check the Special Offers page periodically (linked above) to see if any of the offers could be applied to your vacation.  If a Special Offer does apply to your vacation plans and dates, then a quick phone call will usually result in a price adjustment.  But just like anything else, there are limited quantities of each offer and you should call as soon as you see an offer that could apply to your vacation reservation.

    Sometimes to qualify for a Special Offer, you will need to make an adjustment to your reservation such as changing Resort hotels, room types, or even check in dates.  Your travel agent or the Disney Reservation Center can help you with these details.
