    We have booked our vacation through Disney with Park tickets and dining plan. Do we receive our park passes upon arrival at the hotel? What form do they come in? There is 1 day on our trip that our party of 4 may split up - is it possible with the passes?

    Hello Joanne!

    Upon check-in each member of your party will receive a Key To To the World Card which looks like a credit card, this card contains your Disney Resort room key, Disney's Dining Plan, Park Tickets and charging privileges if you should to choose to elect this option.  Since everyone will have their own card, splitting up is certainly not a problem. There is no need to fumble with a room key, park tickets and other vouchers, everything you need is on one handy dandy little card!  I hope this helps and please visit us again if you have anymore questions!
