    I booked a vacation for December and I received a discount offer after I had already booked. I went ahead and booked with the discount but now I need to cancel the original reservation. Is there a way to cancel online versus calling?

    Hi Samantha,

    All modifications and cancellations to existing Walt Disney World reservations need to be done via phone. Unfortunately, these changes can not be made on-line.

    Please call (407) W-DISNEY or (407) 934-7639 to cancel your original reservation. In the future, if you should find a discount, you can call and ask to have your existing reservation modified to reflect the new discounted rate.
