We just booked a vacation! We are arriving a day earlier than the rest of our group. Will the resort allow us into someone els's room to decorate for a "first visit"?

Hi Stacy! How sweet of you!! That is such a lovely idea! Only registered guests and people they give permission to are allowed access to their room after they have checked in. Nothing, even a delivery, is sent to a room before a guest checks in. This is done because last minute changes can be made to the room assignment. My brother and his family were there a few weeks ago, so I had a super fun cooler delivered to their room from Disney Floral and Gifts. Even though it wasn't there when they arrived, they were all super excited to have a delivery waiting for them when they got back from the parks.

Hope this helps Stacy! And be sure to pick up "First Visit" buttons for them, either at your resort or Guest Services!
