    We booked a vacation for April 2014 however this week mu son was diagnosed with Luekemia and will be in the middle of his treatment when we were supposed to go. Any tips when I call to reschedule for Aug 14. This was a xmas present for the kids this year .

    I am so sorry to hear about your son's diagnosis. I am hoping he receives the very best treatment that leads him to a speedy road of recovery. 

    If you booked your vacation directly through Walt Disney World, call a reservationist at (407)W-DISNEY.  Have your confirmation number handy so your reservation can be pulled up quickly.  You will have no problem either cancelling your reservation completely and getting your deposit refunded or you can re-book with your new August dates. 

    If you booked through a travel agent or travel website, you will need to call them to change your reservation.
