I just booked us to travel to WDW on August 5th, and have purchased the Deluxe Dining Plan. I want to plan a few special meals but don't want to overcommit us. Compared to others on this forum I feel kind of like a slacker. Will we be missing out?

Hi Kimberly -  With the deluxe plan, you can use your meal credits for either table service meals or quick service meals.  You won't need to plan quick service meals in advance, but you'll get the most value from the plan if you eat table service meals.

Therefore, to get the most out of your deluxe dining plan, I do think you have to make many of your dining reservations in advance.  You are able to make advance dining reservations up to 90 days in advance, so you should try to call soon to get your top choices.

    Have a great vacation!
