Hi Michelle!
I'm so excited to hear you'll soon be enjoying a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation! It won't be long before you're walking right down the middle of Main Street, U.S.A. at
Magic Kingdom Park, taking in the sights and sounds of the Most Magical Place on Earth. I'm happy to help with your planning question!
It sounds like you're already familiar with and are using the My Disney Experience app, as you've already liked your hotel reservation at
Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando Lake Buena Vista. You'll enjoy staying so close to
Disney Springs - there's so much to see, do, eat, and enjoy, and it's right around the corner! Make sure to keep an eye on the
Disney Springs Events Calendar to see what fun things are happening during your vacation.
The travel agent that booked your trip should have access to your Ticket ID numbers. Once you have those numbers, you can easily link them to your account. Simply open the
My Disney Experience App, select "Tickets and Passes", and select "Link Tickets and Passes". If you don't see the tab to link the passes, you may see a plus sign icon at the top right of the Tickets and Passes page that, once selected, will bring up the tab. You can link three types of media: Tickets/Passes, MagicBands/Cards, and MemoryMaker. At the top you'll see the words "Camera", "Tap", and "Type ID". Select "Type ID" to enter the Ticket ID Numbers and assign to each Guest.
I hope this helps with your planning and preparations for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation - have a magical time!
Diane W.
