    I've booked ultimate Disney tickets & have to collect from will call locations, can I collect from Disney springs or just one of the park ticket centres? There are 8 in group can I collect everyone's tickets or does everyone need to collect with ID?

    Hi Karen,

    When booking your Disney's Ultimate Tickets, you should have received an e-mail confirmation which included instructions on how to print your e-ticket barcode(s) which you will need to present along with a photo ID, at any of the will call windows located at each of the four Disney Theme Parks or Disney Springs.

    Strictly speaking, a photo ID is required for each Guest who will be collecting a ticket. If it were me, I would take them all, just to be on the safe side and to avoid a wasted journey. 

    If you wanted to double check the exact requirements with a Cast Member prior to your arrival, I'd recommend calling the Walt Disney Travel Company here in the UK on freephone 0800 16 90 730.
