Booked through uk travel agent. Want to upgrade quick service to standard dininning plan. Disney says I should only be paying difference travel company have told me my cost will be £1200 on top of my hols ????? Confused and angry

    Hi Nicola,

My family have only ever booked direct with the Walt Disney Travel Company in the UK or direct with Disney via the US version Walt Disney World website.

That said, we have upgraded from the Quick-Service Dining Plan to the regular Disney Dining Plan both ways and have only ever paid the difference between the two.

According to the Official 2012 Walt Disney Travel Company Brochure 2nd Edition, the cost of the Quick-Service Dining Plan is £23.99 per Adult and £8.99 per Child per night and the cost of the regular Disney Dining Plan is £33.99 per Adult and £10.99 per Child per night.

This should enable you to work out roughly what the cost should be for upgrading your Dining Plan for your entire travel party for the length of your stay.

If you feel that it is incorrect, my best advice would be to speak to the Travel Agent who you have booked your holiday with again and if you don't get anywhere ask to speak to a supervisor.

Wishing you a magical trip filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
