Hello again Moira,
Welcome back to planDisney! It's so great to see you here once again.
Whether it's an Ultimate Ticket or a
Magic Ticket, it makes me so happy to know that you must have a jolly holiday at Walt Disney World Resort in your near future!
Moira, it might be useful for you to understand that during late 2021, the
Walt Disney Travel Company re-imagined
Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park Tickets for Guests like you and I from the United Kingdom. And with just a bibbidi-bobbidi-boo, the Magic Ticket was introduced as the replacement for our trusty old Ultimate Tickets!
I'm happy to share that the original Terms and Conditions of the 7 and 14-day Ultimate Tickets are still the same as they were at their time of purchase. This includes the Ultimate Ticket expiration dates, and to the very best of my knowledge, these tickets are non-transferable.
Moria, I understand this might not be the news you were hoping to hEAR. However, I do highly recommend speaking in person with a knowledgeable Cast Member who will be best placed to advise on if it were at all possible to move forward with your already purchased Ultimate Tickets; including any potential associated costs, or amendment fees that might be incurred if an upgrade was indeed possible.
To connect with a Cast Member, please dial the UK freephone number contained within this handy
Contact Us - Walt Disney Travel Company weblink.
