Hi I booked two tickets to magic kingdom and it is only showing one ticket

Hi there Jalea! I’m so happy to welcome another fellow Ohioan to the planDisney panel! I see that you will soon be visiting Walt Disney World and are planning a visit to Magic Kingdom Park. How incredible!

Since the Disney Parks phased reopening, each Guest needs a valid Theme Park Ticket and a Park Pass Reservation for each day they wish to visit one of the four Disney Theme Parks. Theme Park Tickets are linked to each Guest via the trip planner’s My Disney Experience account. Since it seems you are the planner, I recommend that you open an account if you haven’t already and that you add all members of your travel party to the Friends and Family list so you may link their Park Tickets and make plans for them. If you cannot find both Tickets once you have done so, please reach out to Disney Existing Ticket reservations for more assistance!

Once all Tickets have been successfully linked for those traveling, you may make Park Pass reservations easily online as well. Park Pass availability can be viewed via the availability calendar and is subject to change. Hopefully, you will find just what you are looking for over your desired dates! If you do not, just keep checking! Each Disney Theme Park has so much to offer. Plus, if you have the Park Hopper option added onto your Theme Park Tickets, you may Park Hop to another Theme Park beginning at 2 pm most days! You may discuss adding this feature to your existing Tickets via telephone as well. Pro Tip: Disney Water Parks do not require Park Pass Reservations and are incredibly fun! I recommend that you look into spending some time at one or both Water Parks as well, for a splashing good time!

Jalea, I hope that this information helps you continue to plan your amazing vacation! Before you go, check out the Experience Updates pages for more details on all the procedures in place at the Disney Parks, which are in place to make it possible for everyone to start returning to the magic. Lastly, know that we are here for you during every step of your planning process, and you may come back and see us again anytime you like!

    Wishing you many magical memories,
