I booked two staterooms and only see one stateroom in my account. I tried adding a reservation, but I don't have an additional reservation number. How do I find the additional reservation number? Customer service is not answering the phone.

Ahoy there, Nicole, and welcome aboard planDisney! I'm so glad you sailed my way with your question about multiple stateroom reservations!

I'm sure you know this, but a single reservation can actually book up to FOUR separate staterooms! It's a great way for a single person to be able to book multiple members of their family into staterooms - especially to take advantage of a Gold or Platinum Castaway Club status! Nothing like snapping up a few rooms for the family to get the votes for MVP - that's most valuable planner - when the time comes for family awards night.

Wait, you don't have family awards night? Well maybe that's your cue to start, haha!

In any case, the way to view multiple staterooms on a single reservation is a bit hidden like any good treasure, but the easiest way to dig it up is to head over to the "My Reservations" section of the Disney Cruise Line website! Be sure to log in, and pull up the reservation you're looking to confirm. If you booked both staterooms on a single reservation, they'll actually have the same reservation number - how convenient!

From there, scroll down the page until you see the "Your Stateroom" section, just underneath the My Online Check-In section. You should have the option to "Modify Stateroom" (don't worry, you won't lose your rooms if you select it) and it should bring you to the next screen where you should be able to select the stateroom you wish to change! Obviously you may not even want to change anything, but you should be able to see information on both staterooms you selected there!

If for some reason your treasure hunt still leaves you empty-handed, I do suggest calling a Disney Cruise Line crew member directly. I'm sorry you've had such a difficult time getting in touch with them - the recent system upgrade has led to a great deal of sailors needing support, so the crew has been hard at work! As of this message, I've had luck calling around 10:45 a.m. Eastern, when the "first batch" of castaways has been helped. I do hope they'll see your colors flying and rush to your side the next time you send up a flare!

If you still want to find your staterooms information, my final suggestion would be to search your email account for the terms "Reservation Confirmation," this should narrow down your inbox to the reservations you've made for Disney Cruise Line vacations, and may lead you to the information you're seeking! Any port in a storm, as they say!

I hope that helps you set a course, Nicole, and I'll be keeping a weather eye on the horizon for any messages in a bottle that come my way! Thank you so much for your question! If you require any additional help as you continue planning, please drop me another line here at planDisney!

Until then, may your anchor be tight, and your compass true!
