    I've booked two e-tickets for sunday 26th november for Disneyland, but it says that they're unable to make theme park reservations, but the website also says that theme park reservations are available for both parks then? Are we able to go?

    Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for bringing your question our way! 

    Disneyland Resort Guests select the date they plan to visit when purchasing Theme Park Tickets directly from the Disneyland Resort Website or Disneyland Mobile App. A Theme Park Reservation is created within this transaction. Therefore you may already hold the necessary reservation. 

    If you'd like to confirm this, please log in to your Disneyland Account, click “My Disneyland” then select “Ticket and Reservation Details” from the dropdown menu. Finally, click on the “My Park Reservations” hyperlink. You'll see the theme parks you selected on the dates of your trip for your entire party. This park reservation information may also be found in the "Future Plans" section of the Disneyland Mobile App.
