I have booked two adjoining rooms on our Disney cruise for myself and my son's family. We want to make sure we are seated together for dinner. Do I need to call to make that arrangement or will it be automatic since our reservations are linked?

    Bonjour Diana!

It is with deepest pride and greatest pleasure that I welcome you to planDisney! I am happy to pull up a chair and chat about Disney dining. Dinners are one of the best memory-making times on a cruise. For your extended family, I expect it to be a great way to share the day’s adventures together.

You are correct that linking your reservations is the way to ensure that you sit together in the dining rooms. This can be accomplished online under “My Reservations” or you can contact Disney Cruise Line to request that you all be seated together.

As they proudly present your dinner, Lumiere and his friends will do their best to seat families together. Depending on the number of Guests in your group, you may have multiple tables, but it can be coordinated that all the tables are close together. Hey, the Beast’s dining room table could do the trick! However, my hunch is that if you can fit in two staterooms, then you will be able to be seated at one single table.

Speaking of the dinners, Disney Cruise Line’s unique rotational dining is an absolute treat! Your service team travels with you to a new dining room each night and will learn all your preferences and dietary restrictions. They are so good at this that you may find them bringing what you like without even having to ask!

“Go on, unfold your menu, take a glance, and then you’ll” be ready to place your dinner order using the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app; it includes all the dining room menus. After checking the app, I’ve walked in on multiple occasions already knowing exactly what I wanted to order!

Diana, feel free to "be our guest" again at planDisney. Wishing you a culinary cabaret and a fabulous cruise!

    Bon Appétit!
