We have booked a trip/vacation package at The Grand Californian for July10-14. I recently reserved a Cabana at the pool on one of the days, but I don't see it on our itinerary with our other reservations. Is it separate or where should it be?

    Hey Jan!

    Welcome to planDisney!

You must be so excited about your upcoming stay at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. I just got home yesterday from the most Magical stay at the hotel and I’m already dreaming of my next trip. I hope the weather is as good for your trip as it was for mine so that you are really able to enjoy the three pools, two hot tubs, and water slide. If you have little Mouseketeers they may enjoy the pool party with some special guests. Check the schedule when you arrive to see if it will be available during your stay.

A Poolside Cabana is one of the best ways to maximize your day at the pool. Your cabana is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the pool scenery, take a rest in between swimming, and have your own space to enjoy poolside dining. I really enjoyed and recommend the Club Sandwich, which is a new addition to the menu. The Steak Salad is delicious and I always recommend the Poke Bowl. You won’t be able to see your cabana reservation on your itinerary. Still, if you’ve already called to make a reservation and received a confirmation number then you’re all set to go. If you want to make sure that everything is set you can go ahead and call to double check you have a reservation. I would also take the reservation number with you just in case.

Well Jan, I’m wishing you the best stay ever!
