I booked my trip without a flight. I’ve since booked a flight separate and need to add my flight details for the magical express. How do I go about doing this? Thanks!

Hi Chelsea! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Yay! You've booked your Disney vacation, now it's time to start the countdown!

The best way to add Disney's Magical Express to your existing Disney reservation, you can call 866-599-0961 and provide the Cast Member with your Walt Disney World reservation number and your name. You'll then give them your airline and flight number.

A few weeks before your departure you will receive yellow luggage tags in the mail. Those tags should be attached to your bags before you check them in at the airport. They let the airline representatives know exactly where to deliver your luggage once you've arrived in Orlando. You'll board Disney's Magical Express, head to your resort and your luggage will arrive within 3-4 hours after you've landed. If there's something of importance that you think you might need, be sure to pack that in a carry-on so that you can have quick access to it. And don't forget your MagicBand! You'll need that to board Disney's Magical Express.

Have the most wonderful time, Chelsea! If you have reservation, dining, or theme park questions, we are here to help!

    Happy planning,
