Hello, I booked a trip to WDW from September 13 to 20 for our 1 year anniversary. I want to buy tickets for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. But as I live in France I don't know how to buy the tickets Thanks in ad

    Bonjour Alexis!

Welcome, foolish mortal, to planDisney, and thank you for sending us this spooky question! As a fellow Halloween lover, I am so glad you decided to purchase tickets to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, as it truly adds so much to your Disney vacation. What could possibly be more magical than trick-or-treating around Magic Kingdom Park?

You are correct that you need to purchase special-events tickets for this party, which are different from theme park tickets you would normally use. Since these tickets are not available on the European side of the Walt Disney World Resort website, there are two ways you can purchase them. First, you can simply purchase the tickets once you land in Florida on the Walt Disney World website, the My Disney Experience mobile app, or in person at a ticketing window. However, since these events have a limited capacity, I recommend you use the second option, which would be to work with an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner at home. They may be able to help further, but if you have any questions, I highly recommend reaching out to a Disney representative, as they truly are real-life fairy godparents!

Now, Alexis, did you know that the autumnal fun does not have to stop after your Halloween party? Indeed, as a big foodie, I love to go around the Resort and try the different food options only available at that spooky time of year. For example, I absolutely loved the pumpkin tiramisu and the milk chocolate-chai mousse with pumpkin cake, which could both be found at Disney's Hollywood Studios. If you love sweet treats, stop by the Main Street Confectionery, as they also typically have the most adorable Halloween treats! If you like trying new food, however, make sure to also check out the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. Since the full menu has not yet been announced, I highly recommend you keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog, as they typically come out with the best foodie guides for each festival!

I hope this was helpful, Alexis, and that you will have the best day ever on your next Disney vacation! If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your trip, please don't hesitate to reach back out. Much like grim grinning ghosts, we love to come out and socialize!

Boo to you and have a magical day,
