We have booked a trip to WDW in MArch 2013-3 families with 3 separate booking reference numbers. We are all on the dining plan. What is the best way to book Advanced Dining Rervations to ensure that we all will be seated together at dinner?

    Hi Kimberly!

The best way is for one person to make all of the Advance Dining Reservations (ADRs) for the joint meals. If the size of the group is over 10 guests, you will usually have to call the restaurants directly. This all assumes you want to sit together; if you just want to be in the same restaurant around the same time then each person can make them individually.

Another option is to use an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner to help with your entire vacation. A lot of them are used to working with groups of guests -- both large and small.

Good luck getting everything you want!  You have the best chance if you make the reservations as soon as possible so know when you are 180 days out!
