We have booked a trip to WDW for Jan 2012. We will be traveling with our 5 year old b/g twins for their first visit! We want to spend a little time in Downtown Disney. Do you have any suggestions for family friendly dining & places to see?

Hello Heather, Many days, my family prefers to hang out at Downtown Disney. We think it's the coolest! There is plenty there to keep a family occupied for a day or just busy enough to pass some time. Are you looking for a Table Service Restaurant? My daughter loves T-Rex. My husband and I are fond of Raglan Road (and the live dancing will keep kids entertained). Or do you need something quicker? Earl of Sandwich or Wolfgang Puck Express right next door are two great spots. The twins will love building to their hearts content at the LEGO Imagination Center. Or let their creativity soar at the Design-A-Tee store. I can literally get lost in the World of Disney store. And just taking in some music or entertainment along the water makes me smile. No matter what you choose, I hope you and family enjoy Downtown Disney!

Meet the Panelist: Monina, Ohio

My family loves our Main Street in Ohio. But there's simply no comparison to Main Street U.S.A.! We don't get to Disney quite as often as I'd like, but that just means finding new ways to sprinkle Pixie Dust on our adventures! Learn More About Monina
