I just booked a trip to WDW in August. It is my son's 8th birthday and also our first trip to Disney. Do you have any recomendations as to where we could have a wonderful birthday dinner for him and any cool things to do special for his birthday? Thanks

    Hello Rhea,

Spending a birthday at Disney is so magical! Your son is very lucky!

Is your son like Jack Sparrow? If so, maybe he would like a new name and makeover at The Pirates League. Or you could end an evening on the Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage.

Or maybe your son is more into trains. Then The Magic Behind Our Steam Trains Tour would be an extra special treat.

For dinner, I can't think of anything more special than spending it with Mickey at Chef Mickey's...unless of course he's up for a roaring time at T-Rex.

No matter what you choose, make sure you let everyone know about your son's big day by picking up a complimentary birthday button at Guest Services. You never know what kind of surprises may be in store.

Hope this helps. And happy birthday to your son!

My family loves our Main Street in Ohio. But there's simply no comparison to Main Street U.S.A.! We don't get to Disney quite as often as I'd like, but that just means finding new ways to sprinkle Pixie Dust on our adventures! Learn More About Monina
