    We have booked our trip to WDW for August!!!! We have picked out magic bands but our boys would like to purchase different ones, how do we link them to our stay?

    Hi Amy!

    Congrats on planning your upcoming trip and on ordering your MagicBands! My son wanted a personalized Star Wars MagicBand as well and it is awesome! You could purchase a MagicBand online at www.disneystore.com, via the Shop Disney Parks App on your mobile device or at one of the many shops located in the theme parks or Disney Springs. The advantage to purchasing them in advance is that you can link them to your My Disney Experience Account and have them set up and ready to go when you arrive at the parks. To link the MagicBand, log-in to your My Disney Experience Account, go to "My Account" and select "MagicBands" and scroll all the way to the bottom of the page where you will see the button to link the purchased MagicBands. Keep in mind that you can have more than one MagicBand assigned to each Guest, so the boys can get the complimentary ones and then purchase a character one upon arrival. 

    Did you know?    : Guests have the option to create and personalize MagicBands at Walt Disney World Resort. The MagicBand on Demand stations are located inside the Tomorrowland Light & Power Co. location near Space Mountain in Magic Kingdom. These can also be purchased at the D-Tech on Demand boutique at the Marketplace Co-Op in Disney Springs Marketplace or Star Wars Launch Bay in Disney's Hollywood Studios.
