    I have booked my trip through a travel agent and was wondering if the bounce back offer is something that will still be offered or would I have had to book right through Disney in hopes to receive the bounce back offer? Thanks so much!!!

    Hello Michelle!

    If Disney is offering any bounce back offers during your stay, there will be a flyer in your room. It is usually on the table or desk. Even if you didn't book your current vacation directly through Disney, you can still be offered a bounce back. If you don't have a flyer in your room, just ask the front desk at your resort, and they'll be able to tell you if there are any offers available.

    If you wish to take advantage of the bounce back offer, you will have to book with Disney before you check out. Usually you call the reservation line from your room phone, and you must put a deposit down at that time. After you check out from your resort, you won't be able to book the bounce back.
