    I just booked our trip for Thanksgiving 2013! WooHoo! Super excited! We are staying at the Poly club level! When will the concierge contact me to help plan our itinerary? First time staying club level. What all can the concierge can do for us? Tks bunches

    How exciting that you not only booked the Polynesian Resort, but also that you booked a club level room.  You are in for a treat!  To begin your planning, you may find it easier to actually contact them directly yourself. They can be reached by email at Polynesian.Itinerary.Planning@disneyworld.com or by phone at 407-824-2466.  I'd have with you your reservation number and dates of travel so that you can include the information when you contact them.

    As for their services, there is truly a wide range of things the concierge staff can do for you.  For example, they can help with planning your itinerary and making reservations, assist with planning any special celebrations, print boarding passes, act as a cashier, track down merchandise that is difficult to find, and so on. If you need something, don't hesitate to ask!  

    Another big perk of staying at a club level room is access to the lounge where there are assorted food and beverage offerings throughout the day as well as fantastic views of the Magic Kingdom.
