Walt Disney World Swan Hotel several times. As teachers, my husband and I love to take advantage of special rates sometimes available to educators, and you can't beat the location, just steps away from
EPCOT and
Disney's Hollywood Studios.
You can link your stay here to your
My Disney Experience account, using the reservation number you received in a confirmation e-mail. Usually, it takes about 72 hours for the reservation to show up in the Disney system. Make sure the last name on the reservation matches the one in your My Disney Experience account. If you have any problems, give the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel a call at (407) 934-4000 or 1-888-828-8850 and a resort representative should be able to assist you.
I have more good news for you! While bus transportation from the Walt Disney World Swan hotel is no longer provided by Walt Disney World, shuttle buses operated by a third party company will take you to Disney's Animal Kingdom Park, Disney Springs, and the Transportation & Ticket Center (your gateway to the Magic Kingdom Park). You can still sit back and relax en route to ALL Disney destinations. Stop by the front desk upon arrival for a transportation schedule.
