We just booked our trip for sept. 23-29. I really would love to attend Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Can we fit the whole park in during the MNSSHP or should we buy tickets for Magic Kingdom for another day to be able to enjoy the park?

Rebecca Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is an event you should attend. The park in the dark, a special Halloween fireworks show, chocolate, kids and adults in costume, and Mickey's Boo to You Halloween Parade make for a unique, fun event. Only certain attractions are open during the party however so you should consider visiting the Magic Kingdom earlier in the day or on another day of your trip.

While most attractions, such as Space Mountain, "it's a small world", and of course The Haunted Mansion, will be open some, such as the Jungle Cruise, traditionally are closed for this party. Also I believe you will find even one day is not enough to experience everything the Magic Kingdom has to offer. I have lost track of how many times I have visited this theme park but I never tire of a day in such a happy place. I can't wait to experience the newly expanded Fantasyland.

Enjoy your time in the Magic Kingdom!
